Shipping & Returns
Our items are individually made with love for each of our buyers. Because of this, our processing time is 2-5 business days (depending on order volume) plus transit time, but typically much faster. We know our customers want their items as quickly as possible!
If you need an item before a certain date, please message us before ordering to confirm it is possible.
Please note, these priority approvals are NEVER GUARANTEED, because of the nature of the made to order process and the fact that USPS shipping is out of our control -- things may happen to where your item may not arrive on the approved date. If approved, we are committing to do our absolute best to rush the process and get your item(s) in the mail as quickly as possible but are not guaranteeing its specific arrival date. It is up to the buyer's discretion to decide whether or not they agree to these terms, as refunds WILL NOT be given for items that do not arrive on time. 95% of approved priority requests do arrive on time without hang ups.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
The Source Junkie cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.
Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before shipment.
All of our items require an up 7 day processing time, though we do the best we can to get them out much faster, depending on order volume/time of year. All items are shipped First Class. When your item is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Items will be shipped First Class and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on location. The Source Junkie cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping time because of customs issues. It is also important to know if your country has a VAT import tax -- if so, your post office may charge you an additional fee to pick up your item. This is fully out of our control and each buyer is individually responsible for paying these costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Because all of our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. In the event that you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please contact us through email as soon as possible (limit is 15 days after item is delivered) with your email address provided. We will send a copy of our exchange protocol to your email address which you will fill out and include with the return package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item (shipping of new item is covered).
We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. Please note, though we do our best to get exchanges out as fast as possible, new sales must take priority so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
